• Curtain Profile: 6″ or 9″ Straight or brick pattern Grilled is made with PVC sleave over 5/16 hot dipped galvanized horizontal rods space 2 1/4 ” O C. Aluminum alternated vertical links and continued end link with push nuts to prevent the curtain from leaving the sidetrack
• Options: 6″ or 9″ Aluminum sleave
• Finish: Silver, broce, gold and anodized colors

Bottom Bar

• Standard includes a single or double angle galvanized bottom bar
• 2″ x 3 1/2″extruded aluminum tubular bottom bar.
• Finish: Galvanized or customizable powder-coat colors.

Brackets

• Material: 14 ga stamped steel, cold rolled steel or galvanized
• Shape: 15″ hexagon profile for maximum support.

Guides

• Material: Wall mounting angle 2″x2″, 14 ga cold rolled steel.

Counterbalance Assembly

• Material: Flat blue steel spring, 2″ steel pipe and 8″ spring box with ball bearing.
• Assemble: Wrapped around a 2” pipe shaft and mounted into an 8” spring box.
• Finish Options: Galvanized or customizable powder-coat colors.

Hood / Coil Housing

• Material: 22 ga galvanized steel hood sized 15″ to fully close the coil.
• Finish: Galvanized or customizable powder-coat colors.

Locking Devices

Standard: Left and right locking pins for pad lock.

Optional: Slide lock on bottom bar.

Installation Overview

Electrical wiring, conduit, fuses, and disconnect switches, fall under the responsibilities of other contractors or trades involved in the project.

  For added convenience, Town Gate offers the Central motor operator as an optional upgrade. Classified and built for 115V, 60 Hz, this system provides smooth, automated performance.
