Counterbalance Assembly

Engineered pipe to minimize deflection to 0.03” per-ft of width.
Helical torsion springs with 25% overload factor, grease-packed and mounted on cold-rolled steel shaft.
Tension adjustable externally.
Sealed ball bearings reduce shaft wear.
Cycle life: 20,000 to 400,000.

Hood / Coil Housing

• Material: 22 ga galvanized steel hood sized 16″ to fully close the coil.
